How many users come with each plan?

All plans support unlimited administrators and team members.

Admin users have access to the Promotion Manager Dashboard to create and edit promotions, manage team members and reminders.

Team Members have access to the Promotion Portal where they can access live promotions and share to social accounts.

All users have their own login, password, preferences and settings in their Vsbl account.

Are there any long-term commitments or cancellation fees?

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, and cancel your subscription effective at the end of your current subscription period (either annually or monthly). There is no cancellation fee.

Do you offer day passes or pay-as-you-go subscriptions?

Not at this time. Since all of our subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, you can use Vsbl on an as-needed basis by selecting the subscription period that best fits your needs. You are welcome to renew or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations are effective at the end of your current subscription period, and there is no cancellation fee.

Do you offer nonprofit discounts?

We’re happy to offer a discount to eligible nonprofit organizations. Please contact us if you’d like to learn more.

Can I make a payment by invoice?

We’re happy to provide invoicing on our Annual and Enterprise plans. Contact us to set up payment by check or bank transfer. We do not offer monthly invoicing.
